Update
So ... a few things has happened to me since my last update, which seems like eons ago.
First, I went to China for 10 days, which actually felt much longer. The whole experience was extremely eye opening since it was my first time back after 10 years. There will be a more extensive post on this but I cannot do it now because..
Secondly, my laptop broke.
Actually, I've been putting off uploading my China photos for a while because... because of good ol' procrastination. I just didn't feel like it. I was "busy" with other things in my life, like going out, and drinking, and other...recreational activities. But when I was just starting to get excited about uploading photos and posting here, my laptop broke. And..
Thirdly, hurricane Sandy.
After the hurricane, I was out of power for about a week, and although I was fortunate enough to be able to "evacuate" to a house that can fulfill my electrical needs, it was impossible for me to actually sit down and write a blog entry because honestly, it takes too much time. Moreover, my friend who I am extremely thankful for, would not leave his computer so the whole time I was charging my phone and playing phone games.
And finally...
I am in a rut. After being rejected from this fellowship I really wanted to participate in, I felt as if I had no direction in life. No one wants me and I am not good at anything.
OK... totally not true, but it did seem like that for a few hours, maybe even days.
Now... I am kind of getting a sense of where I should go in life, and maybe I will fail, because the job market is not so great right now (especially for this career) but I am willing to work for it.
All this is unrelated to fashion and whatever shit I post over here. But it is still important that you guys should know what's going on (the caring few). And the rest can fuck it.
There will be more posts to come, definitely. Hopefully I will get a new computer by the end of November. From there I can start afresh, continue with my look book and all that fancy smancy shit.
